Message built into the stock BMC....but I often wonder what it could be since the OEM rear rotor diameter is actually slightly larger than the front.

To me if all else is equal, the best front/rear kit should have equal sized front/rear rotors. There are so many variables at play here that obviously this isn't the ONLY route to the "best" BBK....but if you are going to retain the stock BMC, it seems to be the most logical to me.

I don't view Stillen as being a vendor who really does a lot of homework because they market to people who do zero, so why should they? They are all about maximizing profit with folks who will never know the difference. Which is fine, but know your enemy I suppose id the applicable phrase.

When I did my brake shopping originally I was clueless, and it was an eye-opening purchase process, but there was scantly anything available on AP kits and there were ZERO specs to evaluate the kits with, which made it impossible to buy an AP kit and feel good about it, despite the manufacturer's reputation.

IMHO companies like AP Racing really do themselves a disservice letting their distributors torpedo their name that way. The whole manufacturer/distributor business model using the built-to-sell philosophy rather than the built-to-order philosophy is archaic and obsolete in the information age.
