Message	retainer for you to "unlock/loosen" them from the bevel. I've removed mine over a few dozen times, and it still looks and holds like new. Key is not just tugging them off. I personally use a thin tool that looks pike a spatula and fit inside the slot, in conjunction with the trim removal tools.
