There will be lots of things that have failed just due to age. As LJ said, there are perks that later years brought to the Z32, and I'd really only consider buying a 94 or 95 if I were looking for a unicorn. I wouldn't be spending no 20k on one though. Hell I probably wouldn't pay 15k for a super clean well maintained '95TT.
