Message	Guano and I researched the regulations pretty heavily. Or at least I believe we did. The regulations clearly stated that a car with a "Classic Auto" registration plate was exempt from emissions testing. From everything I read, It was not clear in the regulations that a car of 25 years or older was instantly exempt, regardless of type of registration plate. In the end, the classic auto plate works as insurance against having to emissions test. You have been banned for the following reason: Just don't ever bother coming back. You hate us. We hate you.
