Message	the trace was corroded through under the "103" chip. This was verified via a meter and visually by lifting the chip up and looking at the trace under a microscope. We had to put a "jumper" wire and got it working. I was originally going to send it to Gary, but one of the EEs at work decided to take a look at it first and figured it out. There was a lot of corrosion on the board, no idea how it got corroded so bad, probably something to do with the defrost vents.
