Message	bedding procedure, then started testing the system. My experience is that when this bedding procedure is completed, the brakes are basically safe for the street, but can be far from their optimal performance. In my case, after factory bedding the performance was somewhat mediocre but with further use, this performance improved to the point of amazement. Also note that the same kit fitted with different pads can have vastly different performance.
