Subject	Build VG30DE VS VH45DE?

Message	Sometimes I get the urge to just do thinking... it's been a long time since I've torn down and engine and rebuild it. I find that when I'm not in a rush to get it done it's a very relaxing process for me and I could definitely us stress relief lately. So I have to buy a separate motor and build it so that when I'm done, I can stick it in my NA. So the questions becomes Built VG30DE or a stock (or mostly stock) VH45DE? Pros cons of both or either?? And imput from anyone that has done either of these before is greatly appreciated
