Message	not sure what you're saying about 'pure drag cars' actually, it ticks all the boxes you mentioned: Comfy? yep: 4 door 5 passenger premium sedan, leather, AC, electronic conrols and gizmos out the wazoo... Street Legal? for sure, they're common in rental fleets in Europe. Rented one in Norway, supercharger stations throughout the country, took my family 300 km to visit relatives, made it there and 1/4 way back on a charge. Stopped and charged up for 30 min, ready to go. Didn't have to pay tolls (electric vehicles exempt, and the tolls are $$$$ in Europe) and the best part was, I asked the Avis rental guy about bringing it back fully charged and he said, nope, just bring it back. Lap times? a hair behind the BMW i8, and actually pretty respectable for a sedan Top Gear test and some numbers here: Lap Times But Grimm nailed it... it's more torque than you will ever get from a turbo. All of it, from a standing start.
