Message	I have a 1990 NA that failed to pass Quebec inspection because the PS seatbelt doesn't lock up easily when you tug on it. I brought it to Nissan because of the lifetime warrant on seatbelts but I didn't know they were out of production. So now what should be a fair solution, they pay for a used seatbelt and install it? I can't think of any other possibilities, I'm going to speak with them later today but I wanted suggestions beforehand.
