Message We run a lot of PVC piping, and anything 150 or above will cause the pipes to deform plastically. They can also not handle pressure at that temp.

CPVC is an alternative we use for higher temps, but that only buys us ~180F.

I don't know what the discharge air temps are from the compressor, but I don't think it would hold up.

ABS is an alternative...
