All you have to do is unwrap the existing alt harness, separate out the inhibitor switch harness, add the wires for you reverse and neutral switches. Done! I swapped in the TT condenser fan as well. And you will need the lower radiator conversion bracket also, unless you can fabricate one. The conversion bracket is like $20 so no brainer there. I can definitely tell the difference between having a clutch booster vs. not having one. But it's a personal preference.
