Message Patience and a good set of gloves:-)

Oil cooler and lines
TT radiator and shroud
TT AC condenser
TT ecu
TT fuel pump (if going with larger injectors / turbos)
TT fuel pump controller (can use NA but its noisy)
New EFI wiring harness
MT alternator harness
TT front fascia (OEM, JDM, or at least a lower Stillen lip over a modified slotted NA fascia)
If you are keeping your NA exhaust you will need a set of the JDM downpipes (not necessary if upgrading your full exhaust).

And of course...
120k maintenance kit
Aftermarket upgrades of your choice (i'd do a boost controller, Selin intake, MSP manis, turbos, injectors, SZ expansion downpipes, BDE mounts, exhaust for starters)

Don't bother with the clutch booster. The NA clutch pedal is fine.

There are some wiring tricks that you need for the clutch interlock and the brake lights. I cant recall the details but it has been discussed extensively on this site.
