Message bottom engine-mount flange-nut wider in diameter than the flange of the top engine-mount flange-nut?
My suspicion is that it is because of the larger opening of the slot-type bolt-hole for the bottom engine-mount bolt.
Interestingly, the two different sizes are used even though the bottom nut will fit the space of the top nut..........weight savings?? The dimensional difference between the two nuts is small, but they do have different torque settings.
Thanks for any ideas :)
