I know you're expecting it to fit like a glove out of the box but I'll call that pretty darn close. It's Ok to be picky, you'll end up with a better end product. The sides that are sticking out 2mm will probably need to have the inner edge trimmed. (sanded) down slightly to allow that side to suck in. That will allow the corner to push out. Don't be afraid to massage the part slightly to fit it to the body. If body work isn't your thing and you don't have the tooling or skills take it to a body shop and have it fitted properly. I'm not seeing anything that can't be worked into place. Your most rear exhaust hanger brackets that bolt to the body can be shimmed (spaced) down slightly to allow clearance for the tips. The other rubber hangers will absorb the stretch.
