Being friends with the former site-manager of the local Pick N Pull, I know for a fact that he shipped parts to customers at a distance. Also, customers at distance would pay local "strippers"/mechanics to pull the parts from cars and then ship them. Expensive that way but you get the part you need. I'm surprised at the number of Z32's in the yards at the moment, some are fresh placements, and there are even more if you utilize the 'Row 52' search (which has pics!).....Pick-n-Pull - Columbus
