Not saying that is the case here, just saying people are leaping to some pretty amazing conclusions with their newfound clairvoyance apparently. The fact that the offer was not accepted right off the bat and the seller contacted him at a later time to tell him to come get it, tells me they didn't have serious people making other offers, or if they did, they were even lower, so there was likely a reason why.
