Message from a reputable company . . . He doesn't make these in house, at the most he should do some better quality control prior to shipping (But like I said, I cant see whats in the link ).


And to answer you first question, no because I would do it all myself.
I dont tune, and I dont build engines. Everything else I will attempt to do.


I know several people that have been to a shop and had "issues". One persons car even caught on fire . . . and they still go back. Because they know it was not done on purpose, and the shop to responsibility for their mistake.

I dont know you and Ep background story to comment on what transpired. Did he offer to fix his mistakes? Or did he leave you high and dry? Did he tell you why it took 4 months to do this small job?


I've dealt with many people and many shops over the years and its very possible for people to change for the better or worst. Just about everyone I have dealt with that care about the Z and people in general have all been great even if we do not see eye to eye. Except one shop in Socal, not going to give them any notoriety but they are located in Alhambra.
