How long ago was the timing belt replaced? The belts/rubber dry rots and cracks with age as well as mileage. Since mileage isn't a factor in your case, age should be the next consideration. I also wouldn't take the seller's word for it without seeing a receipt for the services performed. With that said, I'd say you got a great deal, assuming the car's overall condition is as you've described. The main wearing rubber components (not related to suspension) would be timing belt, coolant/vaccuum hoses, and injector seals. If the seller took care of the injector seals and timing/serpentine belts, then you don't have much else to worry about except for suspension bushings and possibly motor/transmission mounts. Just check the usual things on the car: title status, check ECU for codes, alignment, rust, electronics, paint, and pay a shop to perform a cylinder leakdown test at minimum.
