| "I'm not speaking from a stand point of which one is faster or more comfortable or the better bang for buck. The GT-R is easily going to win in all of those categories." ^^ LOL Pretty much just all of that :) Don't get me wrong the R8 is a well built car but its just the wrong combination of everything for me to ever want one. Its a "soft 7" across the board with not really anything that stands out accept for the price tag. With the average pricing on a used one being in the low 6 figures its not even close to what I would consider for that kind of money. On the track it felt very out of balance and kept shoving the front end really bad. Oddly enough the instructors all liked the V8 version better on the track. And the final thing for me (and this is very subjective) was the fact that I could care less if I ever drove one again. I got zero emotional response from the car. My $.02
