Message	You did good by making this post, in my past experience he will usually respond on here. Sometimes you can get lucky and call directly. The other way is to contact a vendor that carries his products and they can help. In the future if you need something from ASH just order through Specialty Z! Greg and Jonathan make it happen! I may try rerouting that order through them if I were in your shoes.
