The pivot ball on the clutch fork squeaks as well. I had to have someone press the clutch while I was outside the car to tell whether it was inside or outside. I regreased the pivot ball last time I had the trans off, and it went away. Now I think I've got the rod against the master cylinder squeak. need to go stand on my head and try greasing that.
