In many years have had different exhausts but right now running HKS hypers as it is boyish but my favorite looking exhaust. Second favorite was quad tip stillen cat back. I had previous experience with a build short block and greedy tdo4's and that was almost ten years ago, other wise always ran stock turbos with bolts ons. My z is a daily driver and i am happy with the power jam making now but after recent lower plenum gasket service and upgrading the oil to Motul 10;40 my driver turbo all of a sudden started making a weird sound like one of those commercial trucks, when boost approaches the turbine starts whining like actually hearing the turbo spooling up which as far as i know shouldn't be happening. I pulled the down pipe and no signs of heavy play, don't know if the Oil could have been the cause of this ... not sure.... should put a question in the tech side of the forum..
