Message	I know that these VTC's have been a sore subject and all leaving oil all over the firewall and engine. Well Nissan does make sealed units. Notice the 2 on the right I can't remember the actual data but if my memory serves me correctly that both the US spec and the Jspec/sealed VTC's both have the same amount of shaft travel. one on right is out of a J-spec CIMA motor! Think it was a 1996 but can't remember. But yes, the point is that Nissan makes factory sealed units. I know it is a bad pic but the only thing holding the shaft in, once all the black gunk/ sealer is gone, is the electrical prong. In this pic I actually have it bent out of the way to get the shaft out.
