I just did a few runs on the dyno I have access to, in order to see how my motor was holding up 20k miles after assembly and tuning. Seems to be holding up pretty well still. Made a short video as well. Here's a list of mods currently on the motor. VG30DE 11.5:1 88mm Wiseco pistons stock TT rods WPC treated OEM main and rod bearings Bullnosed and WPC treated crankshaft Ishihara-Johnson crank scraper with teflon extension Machined block 40P TT heads rebuilt OEM exhaust valve Supertech 0.5mm oversized intake valves JWT S1 cams BDE adjustable VTC and exhaust cam gears (not adjusted/ tuned yet) Ported 370cc TT injectors (soon to be changed out, didn't know they were ported before I got them) Bored TBs to 54mm Custom short intakes with Selin Translator and twin MAF/ JWT filters Unothrodox Racing Underdrive Pulley RPS Segmented Flywheel RPS Sport 6 puck clutch Steel 1 piece driveshaft Stillen headers 2.5" resonated test pipes Veilside 3" exhaust with custom resonated x-pipe Custom SpecaltyZ tune Also, VTC hasn't been working since I put the motor together for some reason. So the chart of my current motor are without VTC working properly. Dynoing Built NA Z32 300ZX Quick comparison of my old high mileage motor with intake, flywheel, underdrive pulley, gutted cats, and 3" exhaust, with an AshSpec tune, and my current build.
Enjoy! I love the exhaust note :) Hoping to get a few more things done and fix the VTC issue and going back for a retune to really see what this motor can do. Plans are proper injectors, which I already have (some Nissan S15 480cc injectors), JWT 400+ cams, stiffer springs, Ti retainers, ATI pulley, and both a 91 tune for the street and E85 tune for the track.
