with the AEM disk in the cas for sync signal. You CAN run just a crank wheel but is then limited to a batch fire injction and waste spark setup. You need a cam sync signall to be able to run a sequential setup.
I have no experience with the adaptronic and as i can remember i havent played with the software either. I ocationaly download different ecu softwares to have a play with them but cant remember about this one. I actually had a plan to do it this week though as i was reminded when i saw the Adaptronic sponsor post over at 3zc. Just havent got around to it yet. As i understand it, and as they state themselfs you can use the stock CAS and i have been told they make a straight line in the logs. But the physical problem will still be there. Not sure if you are able to change triggersetup on it but that would be a + in my book if you can. All in all i have faith in it, but still are a little unsure about certain aspects.
