Subject	Stock seat belts with bucket seats?

Message	Just wondering how anyone with the early style, door mounted, seat belts has overcome this issue. I was about to purchase a set of buckets for my 91, and realized that since the belt is on the door, I wouldn't be able to thread it through the seat to sit tightly against my lap; although, I'm sure it is possible to move the seat belt to the B-pillar. Harnesses on the street and without a helmet/neck support are just a bad idea. What have you guys seen/done?
