Message Should is relative, depending on your goals & needs. With out knowing how much head room & safety margin you have its tough to say. Additionally you have to think of the system as a whole & what other problems might arise. With an aftermarket fuel pump how close to the threshold of electrical current are you or have you set up the stock circuiting to trigger a relay that then triggers the bigger fuel pump on dedicated new larger wire that will properly handle its potential ampacity. Also, the further you get away from the "standard" base fuel pressure the more off the "by mail" start up tunes will be. If you change the base fuel pressure I would recommend tuning on a Load Cell type dyno to begin with & not doing full throttle runs with data logging at least to rough in the base map before refinement.
