If you're pulling the engine to do MSP manis, then do the rack while you're there. If not the rack just slides out the driver's side. It will help to undo the trans mount and lift the trans a bit to give you a little more space. You just have to remove the high pressure line that goes to the passenger end of the rack. Once that's off the whole thing slides right out.
