Everything i read emphasizes how important it is to resurface the flywheel when changing a clutch. For my ATS / ACROSS Carbonetic triple plate kit the flywheel is part of the clutch. It was previously on the car for maybe 5,000 miles before a major rebuild which included an OS Giken quad plate. I'm hoping for a smoother engagement with the carbonetic. I wasnt planning on resurfacing the flywheel given the minimal number of miles on the kit. Any thoughts from the Z techs? I've also posted in Tech about switching tranny fluid on a very low mile transmission. Figured I'd plug it here since the Tech Section doesnt seem to get the traffic it used to.
