Message	Cutting it is amateur hour. Period. A permanent modification to a chassis harness is unnecessary and foolish, especially when the mating harnesses are easily available. Many HU brands have their own mating connection. So best case you'd be tied to a specific brand. You may not change HUs, but if you sell the car the next owner will inherit the mess.
