Message	I do not know the details of the numbers, but from looking at them over the years, the top long number seems to be the batch number, I have seen that number change. The short number with the – seems to be the size is my best guess. I have always noticed the short number for the 740cc is A46-Z00 for Nismo/Tomei 740cc, I checked the ones I have here and they all have the A46-Z00 on top. The NA 270cc late style have A46-00 I have never seen a 002-911 Here is a Nismo/Tomei 740cc
