Message	just partially put the old plugs back on so they block the paint from going in the block than after paint pull the old plugs out. Make sure you use proper sealant on the new plugs. I thought they were just pressed fit without any sealant, resulted in me having to pull the engine out for a second time to put new new plugs in with sealant. I have nightmares about that happening...I'd be the poor bastard you'd hear about on the news that gets killed by a softball-size chunk while spreading out my body over the hood and screaming "Nooo!"
