Subject	Question about painting block

Message	OK, maybe a dumb question... Should I paint the block before or after putting in the core plugs? I was planning on installing the plugs first, but I notice that engines done by IPP do not have the core plugs painted. I assume they must have some kind of masking device so paint doesn't get into the holes and prevent proper sealing. Is this really a big deal either way or doesnt matter?
