| While building my z, I used several different companies to get parts. Everyone has been great EXCEPT for cxracing. They are a horrible company that no one should ever use unless you expect crappy products and even worse customer service. Being mainly an eBay company I was skeptical at first. My company recommended using them since we have a commercial account with them and their products are cheaper than competitors. I asked if they had blankets that would fit on a 300zx. She transferred me to a tech dept which would verify. I was told by their "technician" who sounded like he knew little to nothing about his own products. He said these should fit your vehicle fine. Then I was told the price which was $180 (2 x $80 per blanket + $20 for shipping). I asked why I had to pay shipping if they sold the exact same product on eBay with FREE shipping. They said that's no problem we will ship for free. After receiving the blankets, it was obvious that they would never fit over my wastegate actuators. They gave me a return number and I paid $20 out of pocket to send them back. When they refunded me it was $15 short. Mind you, this is almost an entire week after they received my returned product. They take their sweet time refunding. The kid who answered told me I had to pay restocking. I explained that itwas their fault I received the wrong product and I'm not paying for their mistakes so he asked me to hold to ask his manager if he could refund me. When he came back he said no we will not because I had to pay the shipping cost from them shipping to me. First of all, they wanted $20 for shipping which means they tried to make money off shipping costs. Second, I never paid for shipping the first time because shipping was free. Third, I shouldnt have to pay for restocking for a product that was wrongly sold to me. I told him to check again. He refused and told me that was it. I would not get my full refund. Never again will I use this awful company for anything more than someone to call and curse at when I'm having a bad day. They are horrible people with horrible tech support and customer service. I'm sire the rest products reflect their disposition on customer service so probably a shit product as well. Thought I'd let the community know about these crooks and theives before someone makes the same mistake I did. Buy your blankets from PTP and don't buy any blankets if you are running wastegate actuators on internal wastegates because they wont work. They were too dumb to know their own product.
