Message The problem is, when you adjust the length of the arm to (most likely) remove negative camber, you're shortening the track width of the car (as the arms need to go inward). There's debate about how this will impact handling/ride/etc. The preferred method would be the UCA as it would have no bearing on track width. I would imagine ending up with a shorter track one side vs the other (to compensate for variances in the suspension, etc.), would also impact handling negatively. I just discovered that some idiot actually drilled out my subframe and installed eccentric bolts/collars to adjust camber on the front (and one had spun out and cocked the LCA to the side messing up my alignment)! I'm in the process of having a machine shop create stepped spacers to center the hole and return it to the way the factory intended.
