I'm looking to replace my front inner/outer tie rods and I just what you guys have chosen to go with. There's not many options and I'm trying to figure out which will suit me best. From here on out my car will mostly be used for weekend cruising and very light track/auto-x. Here are the options I've found: Inner tie rod: Ingalls/SPD: Sold by coz, have no idea what these two brands. Not sure whether they're rebranded or low quality products. However, they are the cheapest options at ~$34 OEM: self explanatory, about 3x the price of the other brands sold. Outer tie rod ends: I'm not seeing many options for these either. Ingalls/SPD also offered by Coz and Moog makes one as well. I was leaning towards moog. Tein inners, sold by SPL, recommended mostly if more adjustability is required, as well as SPL's tie rod ends which I also don't believe I need. So these two option pretty much out.
It's never "DONE", just finished enough to drive :-) (n/m) - BigTDogg (MA) 16:56:06 06/03/10 |
