As a group, we did pretty good having the cars ready for the dyno. I can give you a couple of tips that will get the guys on track to make the best of the opportunity, but as always their is a lot of last minute changes from people. -Have two people going through the next car on schedule to have it ready, make sure they have Zip tied every single hose in the engine bay, -Unbolt the ECU(do not disconnect), make sure it is not a 16 bit and lay it on the carpet. -Have a diagnostic software (Conzult) and make sure the idle, TPS and timing are set correctly (timing should be matched to the requested by the ECU). I will try forward you the form I made with SZ input (it is mostly for the Z32). It makes it easy for the guys to follow. I suggested to Greg that once someone have reserve a weekend for sure, to send it to the group organizer so they have enough time to perform the tasks.
