If your Z doesn't run and the engine/transmission is out and isn't going back in, then you are selling a project. There is nothing unique about a 91TT to warrant spending any amount close to what you would get for a running 91TT in "great/excellent" shape on a 91TT PROJECT If you really need to sell, get the car running with minimal cost. Put stock wheels back on the car, sell the HRE's for some decent coin. Put stock brakes back on and sell the AP's for whatever you can get for them. Then sell the car. I am thinking you can get 3k easily for the wheels and brakes if the wheels are in like-new or close to like-new condition. A 91 TT approaching 100k miles could go for as low as 3k maybe as much as 9k.
