Subject	Anyone had EGR Block Plates leak?

Message	Performed a boost leak test today after wrapping up fixes for other leaks. Looks like my EGR block plate is leaking, but the bolts are on extremely tight. Probably going to take it off and RTV it tomrorow. Anyone had this happen to them? Seems odd to me.
