Message	applications, port matching is not that critical. He said port matching really helps in NA applications because it removes steps, smoothes out transitions, reduces turbulence, etc. This is critical for flow in an NA engine. But when the air is pressurized (boost), a lot of those factors don't really matter much anymore.
