| I'm doing an engine pull fairly soon. What tools would you recommend to make the process go smoothly? I've already got a basic set of hand-tools. Ratchets, sockets, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, etc. I have a 3-ton floor jack and a quality set of jack-stands. On my "To-Get" list is the following: 2 ton Engine Crane 2,000 lb. Engine Stand Torque wrench (3/8" and 1/2") 1/2" Breaker Bar Long Needle Nose for the engine water pipes Load Leveler or RameyZ Engine Sling? Compressor Impact Gun and Sockets Low-Profile Ramps Craftsman Ratcheting Wrenches Volt-o-meter Tap and Die Set Craftsman "Bolt-Out" Drain Pans AeroKroil/WD-40/Permatex Razor Blades Gloves and Towels Anything else you guys would add? What are some of your "must-haves" for an engine pull? I'm the type of person that would rather invest in the correct tools for the job ahead of time, than try to monkey around with the wrong tools and getting frustrated.
