rating post and have people start pointing fingers, but mistakes happen, we are all human and sometimes orders get packed incorrectly. I have ordered from IPP before, Kyle is top notch and awesome, but a few years ago he shipped me some items I ordered for my engine rebuild and he forgot to send my core plugs (freeze plugs) with the rest of the items. I called or e-mailed him about it, he got back to me promptly, he mentioned there was a lot going on and he simply forgot to pack them and I was fine with that. He sent them out the next morning and I received them by the end of the week. That didn't stop me from making purchases from IPP, I still ordered items from them. The world didn't end because I received my core plugs a few days late. I will keep making purchases from IPP and even if this happens again I wouldn't hold it against them because if I needed something urgently I would actually call and speak to Kyle and make sure he has it in stock and can get it sent out that day before making the purchase. Now I can understand being pissed because of purchasing items that did not meet satisfaction because of the quality of the product but getting overly pissed because of an item getting left off the order list, well that might happen with any vendor. If it happens very often with a certain vendor, just don't order from that vendor again, as easy as that. If you are running a shop and have customers cars that need to be completed on a certain date, well maybe you should get your parts from Nissan directly.
