Message	here is your chance, though after reading your response, I truly cannot believe that you are trying to turn this around on the Draco. You act like this is ttnet's first rodeo with Z1, many of us have given you, as a company, ample attempts to correct the problems, and for me personally, more times than not, I was sent the wrong product, a poorly r&d'd product, or flat denial of any issue. Quite frankly, your post is combative, lacks understand and compassion for your customer, and reinforces my decision to not support Z1.
