Message	as a lifetime warranty with swapouts. Either way I was frustrated but I think my issue is more with Sears at this point and the fact that noone is willing to do a warranty swap for a new tool. I own more snapon/matco/mac tools than gearwrench but these are my go-to wrenches for me. ">
