Message	Google how to depower a Miata PS rack. There's two ways to do it, one being correct, the other being "good enough." I did mine the correc way and it was awesome (I should have done it a decade ago). But look at the correct way (you'll see it frequently called the "FM" way), maybe it will help you out a bit. In a nutshell, it's just removing the piston seal and capping the holes from removing the lines.
