Message	making a faulty product, admitting that it has a fault(s), but saying that its not bad enough to really make a difference. Thusly cleaning their hands of any fault of their own. Then coming out with a new design of first referenced product. Then cover your tracks by VTD-ing posts/threads that speak negatively of you.
