Ok I know I'm gonna get flamed for this one but lately I've been thinking of converting to EPS, not for gas savings or even weight savings but more for simplicity. La-Z-LinkSome benefits I noticed would be: More available engine power in a straight line lighter weight and moves away from the front of the nose less space required simpler/less mess dealing with it they claim it saves up to 1 mpg but that shouldn't be a concern if you consider the direction I'm headed LOL. Has anyone here installed one? there's nothing currently wrong with my stock hydraulic system (there was a very small leak on the pump before I changed the shaft seal this winter) The main reason I want it is to save space for my vh45det(t/r) swap slicktop although I would like to use my current Z as a guinea pig just to see how it feels, I don't mind getting a beefy high capacity alternator just to avoid a hydraulic system. Perhaps there is a better kit more suited for use on our cars? Any input is greatly appreciated!
