Considering it was at a dyno weekend I am sure there are plenty of witnesses that could back up whatever the truth is. And really, I believe it is up to a tuner to decide if they feel comfortable tuning a car. If it wasn't up to standards, they have every right to refuse because if any damage occurs to the vehicle, they will be blamed even though it is not their fault that the car was put together poorly. Better to refuse than to do it and have shit blow up in their face and have blame directed to them because of someone else's sloppy work.
