Message with their standardized tests that don't even come close to the real world conditions. All the auto manufacturers have figured out how to optimize their cars to give great numbers on these tests. Mostly, by tuning transmission shift points and the ECU, the show these crazy numbers which are impossible to replicate.

I will give the EPA some credit as they have updated their testing standards a few years ago to be more "real world.". Apparently Transport Canada is now following suit. But they need to find a way to get closer to real world testing.
