Message Even on the track I thought my shop had found the correct combo of ride height and alignment for my wheels/tires in all scenarios, but as I found out at Spa, I still needed a bit more clearance up front because I could hear the front left rubbing under high speed compression in Eau Rouge, but nowhere else on the track.

There are very few corners like that in the world so I did nothing about it except remove a metal tab that was gouging a bit into into the shoulder tread blocks. This metal tab is located at the 12 o'clock position in the fender lip and from what I can tell wasn't very important.

Only other time I rubbed was under opposite lock oversteer situation at Hallett, again front driverside wheel. I had driven a handful of other track days at much less intense venues with no rubbing at all.
